Residential Maintenance Entails:

Overall visual inspection of the property for possible signs of pest activity and conducive conditions.
Liquid pest barrier spray 5 feet out from the foundation and 5 feet up the exterior walls, also spray treatment around doors, windows, pipes, decks, eaves, garbage cans and walkways.
Granulate barrier treatment around the foundation perimeter.
Cobweb remover with dust application for webs and insect debris removal under siding and on any visible areas.
Interior perimeter & crevice treatment only if deemed necessary.
Covered for common household pests such as house ants, crickets, centipedes, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, millipedes, stink bugs, paper wasps (If attached to structure only) and rats & mice.

Very professional and super courteous. Love the fact that they are a local business and they are always willing to engage with one and explain what they are doing when it comes to what they are spraying. Being a pet owner they were very helpful in one of my visits and cleared my entire yard of all my dog toys before spraying since I was away when they were at my home. They came and conquered the wasps that thought our porch light fixture would be a great place to call home. Luckily, they were just starting to make a nest, so they were quickly evicted. We had a serious Carpenter bee issue not sure who can help I went to Google and found exoguard. We have been upgrading our yard and knew we could not enjoy it with all the bees around. I can not say enough how thankful I am for ecoguard. The guys came told me exactly what was going on what they need to do and a month later not 1 single bee. They were so amazing even called the next day to make sure everything was ok. We are so happy with the work that we have them come routinely to spray for mosquitoes. Great service!!! Called for an emergency service as a first time customer just as they were closing up for the night AND they offered to come out right away! Dorian was courteous and knowledge. I'm very allergic to bees and couldn't believe how great they were to get to my house in 20 minutes to take care of the issue! Prices were very reasonable and the job was done quickly and professionally! No used car salesman bit like many places give.....just honest facts with reasonable prices!! These guys were amazing. I was battling a pest issue for months and had done everything I could on my own and I was running out of all ideas on diy treatments. It was time to finally bring in the professionals. I called on a Friday to find out a quote and when they were available. The price they gave me was reasonable and even offered me an appointment for that Sunday! They gave me an hour time block that they would arrive, and they were there within the first 5 mins of the hour. They were pleasant, and were able to treat every inch of my house. What To Expect With Our Residential Plans

Service is automatic and a card on file is mandatory to begin.
Our technicians will routinely do an overall check up on the property when its time to be serviced.
Our software will notify you either by text or by email the day before or the morning of your scheduled visit.
Any treated areas should not be walked on or touched until completely dry which typically can take between 1-4 hours.
Agreement is for 3 years after which will renew automatically on an annual basis and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
